About Jerry Eves

Jerry Eves Is proficient at land planning & the entitlement processes. He brings many years of experience to Desert Sands. Past Manager of Tera Renewable Resources llc, A Green Energy Development Company. He was born in St. George in 1957. Jerry was taught early in life importance of goal making and hard work, partnering with his father in many projects, real estate entitlements and development. Obtaining his education from Clearfield High and then attending Weber State University, Jerry is very passionate about caring for our environment and using our natural resources in teaching and educating of our young people. Having a business development background, Jerry has successfully obtained the entitlements and permitting for many projects. He has owned and operated numerous businesses throughout his career Including Rim Rock Realty, Preferred Mortgage Brokers, Cedar Point development. He assisted the Navajo Native American Indian tribe in real estate transactions. To effectively operate his businesses, he has maintained several professional licenses including his contractor’s license, real estate license and financial- principal lending manager license. He is proficient in working with the many governmental entities and has developed many lifelong friendships that have worked in these agencies. He is currently involved in developing the Wing Song wind energy project, Browse Co-Gen CCGT Solar projects through out the state. He strives continuously improve his communication and relationship skills, focusing on a “win-win” philosophy. His ability to bring together the necessary individuals to create project synergy is one of many attributes that have been key to his business success. Jerry is passionate wise land use and the use green energy with new and existing projects, the environment and how both can have a positive sustainable effect it can have on our local economy.
