His portfolio spans medium-scale ground-up developments to large-scale interior fit-outs in healthcare, workplace, residential, retail, education, and other specialty sectors. Jerry has delivered projects in 15 U.S. states and 9 countries worldwide, working fluently in both metric and imperial systems. Well-versed in codes and regulations including IBC, IFC, IEBC (NYS, NYC, Dallas and more), NYC Zoning Resolution, MDL, and FHA accessibility standards, Jerry brings particular expertise in workplace and specialty healthcare projects. He is widely recognized within the New York City design and construction community by clients, client representatives, consultants, and other industry partners for his collaborative approach and ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
