About Jerry Gardner

My roles and assignments, especially over the past several years, have been extremely challenging, fascinating and highly rewarding. In the past four years alone, have served as the Lead Master Scheduler for several Heavy Industrial Clients, Project Controls Manager for (2) different company Divisions and most recently promoted to Program Manager for our Technical Services Division. Recent projects have been for Major Heavy Industrial Clients in Power Generation, Chemical and Petrochemical markets. Core skills and competencies include P6 scheduling, Project Cost Tracking, Developing and Maintaining Earned Value Initiatives, Managing Key Performance Indicator (KPI) programs, creating and maintaining Small Capital Project Portfolio Project Controls programs, Large Capital Project & Outage Planning and Scheduling, identifying client “pain-points”, developing client focused solutions, problem solving, teaching and mentoring, leading teams, and most importantly, bringing a positive attitude to a team environment! Most recently, promoted to Program Manager Role for our Technical Services Division. Currently have 600+ teammates serving on small and large teams for a multitude of Heavy Industrial Clients all over the United States. Current role is helping to identify and create strategies to better meet the needs of our onsite teammates and our clients. These strategies aim to maintain, improve relationships as well as better help to position our company to be successful as we continue to grow into new geographical markets. My passions include my wife and kids, serving at church, playing racquetball and small business/entrepreneurship and learning. Currently own and operate a Blacksmithing & Knife Making class studio, The Blacksmith Experience Also serve on the Construction Management Department Advisory Board at John Brown University. Presently pursuing my PMP.
