About Jerry Gladden

I am a devoted father and husband, a Green Beret with a knack for teaching, mentoring, and human-space development. As a senior advisor within the military and Special Operations, I rely on 20 years of leadership experience to enhance the performance and capabilities of individuals and organizations.I thrive on the opportunity to coach and mentor teams in creative processes, encouraging them to embrace innovation. I believe in the power of proactive problem-solving and effective communication to drive success and help individuals and organizations achieve their goals. I aim to bring my energy and experience to a collaborative environment where I can contribute to those with a shared vision.I strongly advocate for a "humans before hardware" philosophy in leadership, recognizing that the success of any organization fundamentally hinges on its people. This approach emphasizes the importance of nurturing relationships, fostering collaboration, and prioritizing the well-being of team members. By placing human capital at the forefront, leaders can create a supportive environment that encourages innovation, resilience, and sustainable growth.
