I have worked in numerous R&D and business functions at 3M throughout my career. Key roles have included R&D, Six Sigma, Technical Service, Global Key Account Management, Global Technical Management, and Global Operations. I have been a team member and team leader on development efforts supporting iconic 3M brands such as Nexcare ™, Scotch-Brite ™, Thinsulate ™, Filtrete ™, Post-it ®, Command ™, and Clarity ™. I believe that teams perform best when they work on big opportunities, have the right tools, and have some fun! I practice an inclusive leadership style and develop positive work relationships with customers, executive management, colleagues, and direct reports.
