About Jerry Higgins

My business experience and knowledge includes being a Small Business Owner, Manager, Supervisor, Internal Auditor, Manufacturing Engineer, Cost Estimator, Production Scheduler/Controller and Inventory Management. I have years of customer service experience while working, but especially the last couple of years that I have been driving with Uber & Lyft. I was a North Texas Region select team volleyball coach for 8 years and referee for 1 year. I served a few years on PTA boards as Treasurer and President at the local, city and district level. I enjoy working with people from all walks of life, locally and internationally, sharing my knowledge and experiences and learning from each of them. I always look forward to training or meetings, because I always learn something new. As an example, I became an Uber & Lyft driver to supplement my income, but this also provides the opportunity to meet people from all over the world when they visit North Texas.
