About Jerry Lim

Jerry is a recognised hospitality and food service industry leader, with an illustrious 30-year track record. His passion for this domain drives him to continuously seek new ideas and creative solutions to enhance productivity and maximize efficiency in the industry. Jerry helped establish two major brands catering to the needs of this industry in Asia, Mondecasa and Innov. He leads the two Singapore-headquartered companies behind these well-known brands, Alma Contract and Novox Inc, both of which have a strong footprint in several parts of Asia. Previously, during a distinguished tenure of 23 years with an American company as its President, Jerry set up the company’s Asia operations- including a factory in Beijing- and led its fast growth with regional offices across Asia. He was three-term Chairman of the Singapore Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers and Suppliers. During this period, he co-invented two patented products: a conveyor belt server with a mini-steamer and dry oven on the belt (conveyor system with incorporated temperature controls), and a side-fold bed with fold up seat/bench. In recognition of his stellar contribution to the food service industry in Asia, Jerry has been conferred a Doctorate in Food Service by the National Association of Food Equipment Manufacturers (NAFEM), an organization comprising over companies in USA.
