About Jerry Liner

Over 25 years of experience has taught me how to get the most out of employees while keeping them focused on company goals and objectives. It’s often said that employees are the most important asset but they are not always managed as if that’s true. Strong listening skills, the ability to provide supportive feedback, and experience in coaching the methods needed to get results are what have made me successful during my career in supervision. While at Verizon, I garnered extensive experience in the collection of past due accounts, customer service, interdepartmental communication, team building, reporting, strategizing, public speaking, project management, and the political savvy required to develop and maintain relationships across departmental boundaries. My ability to think outside the box makes me a valuable asset when building and implementing new policies and procedures. My attendance is exceptional and my loyalty makes me a sound investment.
