About Jerry Mack

As a telecommunications manager with a 20+ year history of supervising and planning network equipment installation and repair projects across small-to-large-scale facilities, I draw on a strong leadership background, my people management and training skills, third-party relationship building expertise, and resource planning initiatives to drive complex projects from initiation to completion. The key to my success has been creating on-site synergy through the establishment of a respect-based, employee-supportive culture. I lay the foundations for solid capacity building to magnify the positive effects of this strategy. Using this win-win approach, I have successfully improved the performance of previously unproductive technician teams. Throughout my career, I have led several training initiatives including equipment operation, construction-specific vehicle driving, and other safety best practices to ensure a safe and productive work environment. For instance, at AT & T Inc, I successfully led several facilities through OSHA investigations and OP78 audits by conducting safety compliance training for managers and crew members. Another reason for my success is that I lead and work in collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineers, laborers, technicians, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
