About Jerry Negrete

I support my clients through every phase of a construction project. Before construction begins I help navigate the procurement process and review and negotiate contracts for projects of all sizes and delivery methods. During the course of a project I provide outside general counsel services to resolve payment and performance disputes so the client can focus on completing the work and avoid the inevitable distraction caused by litigation. In the event a dispute is not resolved through direct negotiations, I litigate and arbitrate construction disputes involving delay, acceleration, payment, project scope, defect, differing site conditions, and termination.
