My broad-based background allows me to work under several hats at a time, wherein some cases in today’s work environment, that requires multiple resources. I have worked as a Developer, Analyst, and Team Lead and always pushed those to do more than just code. I have worked with many business areas and can / have bridged the gap between IT and Business. I am looking for opportunities to grow and expand my career beyond Project Management. I am so much more than just a PM. I have worked my way through IT, from Developer to Team Lead and everything in between. I am the "go to" person for all those difficult tasks no one else wants to touch. I am willing to relocate within the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic Regions.* Manager / Team Leader experience supporting Web / Mainframe Applications, including 24x7 support * Resource Manager experience covering 50+ associates and contractors * Cross matrix Project Management experience using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid SDLC processes * Analyst experience ranging from concept to implementation for Business and IT * Experience working with Contract (on-shore & off-shore), Bargaining Unit, and Associate personnel * Administrative experience, including hiring / firing, mentoring, and reviews * Testing experience, ensuring changes coincide with Requirements * Experience in Automotive, Banking, Healthcare, and Government industries * Project estimations and best practices * Clarity experience * Received Quality Award from previous employer * Experience streamlining applications Although I am currently working in the Louisville, KY area, I am also willing to relocate to the following areas: Southern Maryland, Baltimore, MD, Washington DC and surrounding areas, Harrisburg, PA, or Detroit, MI and surrounding areas.
