About Jerry Raviol

The two most important two things I want you to know about my business are: 1) More than 85% of my business comes from repeat clients and the referrals of prior happy customers. 2) There are over a dozen local families that have trusted me to help more than one generation buy or sell a home. I take it as a point of pride when clients refer me to their children, parents, siblings, and cousins. I have all of the most up to date tools and many years of experience to help you achieve your real estate goals.Whether you are buying or selling, I provide a level of customer service where your complete satisfaction is an investment in your long term business and referrals. As a seller, you need a broker that uses innovative advertising and marketing techniques to attract buyers, knows the ins and outs of contract negotiations, and can structure a transaction that meets all your goals. I provide buyers with all the above, important information on the neighborhoods you are considering, the price range you can afford, and how to search for homes that have the features you most want.
