With over 20 years of experience in geology, geo-modeling, uncertainty, decision analysis, and risk mitigation, I have a proven track record of delivering successful outcomes for the company and its stakeholders. In my current role, I am responsible for creating and executing corporate strategies that prioritize value and risk assessment for target acquisitions and divestitures. I collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to prepare and present recommendations to executive management, navigate complex agreements and negotiations, and oversee due diligence processes. I also represent the company at industry events with a commitment to excellence and professionalism. Additionally, I have extensive expertise in reservoir characterization, exploration strategy, and project execution. I lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior staff to ensure project implementation and optimization. I conduct valuation assessments of international assets and optimize production through innovative strategies. I communicate technical findings effectively with management, partners, and government agencies. I also establish standardization of subsurface methodologies and evaluate new business opportunities and subsurface asset management.
