I define, prioritize, and develop projects that support the airport's strategic direction and vision, working across functional areas to align and execute key initiatives. I also participate in the airport's strategic planning processes, applying my MBA and Business Data Analytics Certificate from Harvard University to analyze market and competitive trends, and recommend business improvements. As a certified ScrumMaster and a holder of a Business Sustainability Strategy Graduate Certificate from Penn State University, I am passionate about delivering value to the airport's stakeholders and enhancing its environmental, social, and economic performance. I leverage my skills in process improvement, enterprise data management, and agile methods to optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of the airport's operations and marketing campaigns.
