About Jerry Schramm

Detail-oriented, committed professional with over twenty-five years in the pre-hospital healthcare environment in clinical, supervisory, and senior management roles. In my current role as Director of Operations for the largest and busiest EMS agency in Lancaster County, I am responsible for the entirety of clinical operations. Oversight would include a staff of more than 130 clinical and non-clinical operational and support staff, 911 and non-911 ambulance services, wheelchair van and sedan transport services, vehicle maintenance, logistics, call intake/dispatch, and schedule coordination. While not inclusive, my responsibilities include system status management, employee performance and development, project management, policy review and revision, recruitment and retention, hiring and on-boarding, evaluation of equipment and apparatus, performance improvement and logistical purchasing oversight, strategic planning and clinical backfill. As a recent MBA graduate from Elizabethtown College, I am well positioned to pair a strong academic skill set with extensive leadership and clinical experience to guide an organization to success.
