His background is supply chain leadership with accountability for multi-million pound plants and large numbers of people.He has successfully delivered new start-ups, multi-site restructurings and radical change agendas. He is adept at driving improvement and culture change built on sound knowledge of best practice improvement techniques. He is a skilled communicator, credible from board level to shop floor, and across international boundaries.
