25+ years in the Information Technology industry with a total of 40+ years in technology overall. 5+ years SSRS, Power BI and Oracle Fusion BI reporting and Oracle Fusion support. 16+ years of experience with the PeopleSoft HR system and responsible for custom development, security, query, workflow and custom data extraction using internal and external systems. Built, tested and successfully implemented multiple custom PS applications in versions 8.3 and 9.2. Trained in multiple areas of PeopleSoft development. Served as subject Matter Expert and Team member during the full-cycle implementation of the Cloud-based Kenexa Talent Management system interfacing with PeopleSoft 8.3. Was the key point of contact for extraction and conversion of recruitment data from the PeopleSoft eRecruit system into the Kenexa system. Was the PeopleSoft IT Team Lead as well as Work-stream Lead for PS Security and a key architect of company structure during a recent reimplementation of PeopleSoft 9.2. Was a Subject Matter Expert during the move to Taleo which was a parallel work stream while on the 9.2 reimplementation project. Was a team member and data conversion contact in converting PeopleSoft HR and payroll data into the cloud-based Paychex system which was completed in March of 2018.
