About Jerry Tessarolo

I was born and raised in construction. My father was a plastering and drywall contractor and had me on the job as early as I could mix the 80-pound bags of structolite. I spent my summers through grade school and high school working on the jobsites. By 19 I was general foreman over 60 men, most of whom were twice my age. I ran my own company for a short time and then spent a few years as an independent contractor. For the past 28 years I have been a project manager for the Milord Company, a family-owned engineering and contracting company in business since 1887. My responsibilities include marketing, estimating, negotiations, contracting, scheduling and complete project management through mobilization, construction, closeout and warranty. My project experience includes commercial (restaurants, corporate offices), industrial, academic and institutional (K-12, cafeterias, gymnasiums, activity centers), religious (churches, worship facilities, multi-purpose spaces, athletic facilities), transportation (railroad and intermodal) and food processing (cold storage, production facilities, commercial kitchens) My skills include proficiency in the following Microsoft programs. Word. Excel. Project. Power Point. Publisher. Teams. I am also proficient in the use of Bluebeam, the various categories of the Procore Construction Program, Go-To-Meeting and Zoom. I have managed projects both locally and out of state.
