Personal Mission: I ignite growth, empower others, and bring smiles along the way.As the Business Process and Analytics Supervisor for the City of Coppell, I lead efforts that drive financial sustainability, process improvement, and data-informed decision-making across the organization. My work supports the budget and five-year forecast process, oversees the Water Sewer Enterprise Fund, and guides special initiatives like performance measures, expense claim modernization, and travel policy transformation.I collaborate closely with departments city wide and community partners to align innovative solutions with Coppell’s vision of reimagining local government. I’ve also had the opportunity to present to City Council, lead cross-departmental pilots, and partner with Enterprise Solutions to enhance internal dashboards and transparency tools.Prior to this role, I worked as a Management Analyst with the City of Saginaw and began my public sector career as a Field Technician for the Town of Flower Mound. I hold a Master of Public Administration from the esteemed, University of North Texas where I received a full ride scholarship. With a diverse background in municipal operations, budgeting, and process improvement, I bring a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to problem-solving. I enjoy helping teams work more efficiently, building systems that last, and leading with a mindset rooted in service, clarity, and forward momentum.
