About Jerson Cayo

I am a serial entrepreneur and a proven sales leader with broad experience across a variety of sectors including insurance with a track record in over-achieving sales quotas. I have experience in opening new markets, building teams, and establishing new processes and systems to increase sales and productivity all leading to a superior customer experience. I am passionate about supporting those that are less fortunate and am actively working on creating programs that empower youth from my home country of Haiti, and other nations in the Caricom regionI am a strong believer in teaching people how to fish, opposed to giving them the fish. To that end, I have challenged my teams to create products, systems, and methodologies that will impact the lives of the young by providing them with tools that support on-demand training and skills transfer. My company creates cloud services that enable global telecommunication companies, mobile virtual network operators, financial institutions, city portals, consumer product companies, media firms, and businesses. Our omnichannel chat solution supports custom routing, compliance, and integrations without the need for our clients to build and deploy their own solutions.
