I am a marketing professional with a unique combination of strategic creativity and data analytics. With experience in digital marketing in international corporate environments, I have developed a results-driven approach focused on ROI and resource optimization, while always aiming to create genuine connections between brands and their audiences. Beginning my career in Finance, my transition to marketing gave me a broader vision of business and a refined skill for aligning creativity with profitability. From my very first professional experience as a Financial Manager at Ambev, I had the opportunity to lead transformative projects. After being selected through Ambev’s trainee program, I identified and led a project to optimize the payment process for commercial agreements, making it more transparent and efficient. This project was recognized by the national team and became a benchmark for other regions across Brazil, eventually leading me to manage other strategic projects within the off-trade area. Later, I was selected in a rigorous process by the UN and worked with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), where I was responsible for creating and managing high-impact campaigns aimed at promoting gender equality within the industry and digital inclusion across various Latin American countries. I am driven by a continuous pursuit of growth and learning, valuing collaborative and horizontal environments where everyone works together towards a purpose. I believe in a leadership style that inspires and empowers teams, and I strive to build meaningful relationships with consumers while promoting social impact. In addition to my experience in marketing, I am strongly committed to social causes, particularly digital inclusion, gender equality, and diversity.
