I specialise in leading large-scale education reform projects in the health sector—translating policy into practice through strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and system-wide implementation.As a senior contributor to the RACP’s accreditation renewal program, I’ve played a key role in designing and rolling out new national standards that align with Australian Medical Council and National Health Practitioner Ombudsman expectations and meet the needs of a changing health workforce. My work focuses on embedding change through clear frameworks, co-designed tools, and evidence-informed communication strategies that support stakeholder readiness and long-term adoption.I bring deep expertise in accreditation, change management, and program evaluation—along with a hands-on approach to building capability across teams, guiding cross-functional delivery, and supporting a multitude of stakeholders. I also lead implementation planning, training strategies, and transition-to-BAU activities that ensure the work sticks.Passionate about improving equity and cultural safety in medical education, I aim to create systems that are not only compliant, but sustainable, inclusive, and future-ready.
