Regulatory and AML consultant with over 10 years of professional experience in legal services, iGaming, insurance, healthcare, and media & public relations. I am well versed with requirements of regulatory bodies such as the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO) and FINTRAC for gaming operators, money service businesses (MSBs), and payment service providers (PSPs) in particular. As a paralegal licensed with the Law Society of Ontario, I also bring strong knowledge of civil litigation and dispute resolution procedures in the province, as well as a sound understanding of the legislation and regulatory requirements pertaining to the gaming and payments industries, including the Registrar's Standards for Internet Gaming, Proceeds of Crime (Money Laundering) and Terrorist Financing Act (PCMLTFA), and the Retail Payment Activities Act (RPAA).
