Essential knowledge and diversified experience in a investment process bring profits in a preparation of a strategy and an effective cooperation with a team of engineers, designers and contractors. As a leader of interdisciplinary groups in various investments I act on multiple threads. I manage independently and simultaneously with several teams of architects and engineers, involved in projects in various stages of development, flexibly adjusting to constantly changing conditions and priorities. I have been engaged in tasks in standards-regulations in Polish, Russian, German and English, preparing drawings, functional programs, technical specifications and other contractual attachments. I have experience in project management in all phases: from analysis of a location - feasibility, obtaining land development conditions and participation in a development of local plans, through multi-functional/spatial concepts, building permits and tender projects. I work both behind the desk and on site: the simultaneity provides a real opportunity to prevent and solve potential problems. I specialize in executive projects with a author's supervision over their realization. With common satisfaction I cooperate with such partners as: AUCHAN,CASTORAMA,IKEA,LEROYMERLIN,OBI,JLL,BOUYGUES,BUDIMEX,WARBUD,SKANSKA,ARUP. My activities focus on large scale objects and different functions: public, industrial, healthcare, shopping, education, offices and residential. In close teamwork with a Client I verify action of subcontractors, optimize project budgets, search for business partners, coordinate design processes in a full scope: from a initial sketch, through a participation in a process of obtaining decisions, submission of applications for permits, until a handing over to a user. I am organized, consistent and efficient. I try actively, responsibly and effectively to perform within a prescribed time, a required quality, with great attention to satisfaction of a Client. I do not give up.
