About Jerzy Rozycki

An energetic, numerate and ambitious professional, I hold a BSc in International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan and a Master’s in Management from IESE Business School in Madrid. My early career includes management consulting roles at Strategy & and Boston Consulting Group, as well as experience at Last Mile Experts, a leading specialist e-commerce last mile and courier express parcel (CEP) consultancy, where I gained valuable insights into the industry, e-commerce logistics, and out-of-home delivery solutions. Currently, I am on AB InBev’s prestigious Fast Track Leadership Programme, a 12-month initiative designed to cultivate future leaders through immersive rotations in key operational departments. My placements in logistics and consumer-oriented marketing have strengthened my skills in supply chain operations and brand engagement strategy. Upon completion, participants are promoted to team lead positions, continuing their development as future leaders within AB InBev. With a bilingual background in English and Polish, I bring an international perspective and a collaborative approach. I thrive in diverse teams, communicate with clarity, approach problems with structured thinking and a focus on delivering measurable impact.
