About Jes Dam

I have a positive view on life and people thinking the best before expecting the worst. I have a change-ready, yet systemic mindset and I understand and familiarise easily with new work-processes due to a paramount business understanding. I am a target oriented and structured individual, who likes challenging problems and to solve them right first time. I take great pride in solving problems to perfection, while taking deadlines very seriously. I love to and have extensive experience working with sales and marketing, but I am also used to and keen on developing and managing process and procedure development to streamline workflow to minimise pitfalls in the organisation. I enjoy working with assignments both as part of a team or by myself, and I am not afraid to take responsibility for the presentation in all possible foras. I feel privileged that I had the opportunity and tried the life as self-employed business owner as it has improved my work ethics and independency and confirmed my believe in ceasing the opportunities as they come along. As ceasing opportunity not only applies to my work-life a spontaneous reaction to an opportunity brought before me on my birthday in April 2014 ended up becoming a humbling and life-changing experience as I trekked to Mt. Everest Base Camp in Nepal in May 2014.
