About Jes M. Rasmussen

I work with passion and great personal engagement, wherefore it is natural for me to inspire customers and colleagues. I also use these personal characteristics in my personal selling and in negotiations. I am used to work in a team and individually on different projects. I communicate easily with people on all organizational levels and I have a huge experience in communicating with people from different national cultures. In order to broaden my business perspective I network with industry colleges and people from external knowledge institutes and other organizations. I dare to change the existing, see new opportunities and connections and I have an open mind. My experience is mainly concentrated on the development, optimization and management of digital services and concepts, sales and marketing. This includes concept descriptions, business cases, personal sales, management and development of sales channels, sales and contract negotiation, employee responsibility and management, market analysis, strategies, budgets, action plans and idea generation. On the short term my goal is to work with international business development, sales and marketing including the preparation of strategy plans. A mix of strategies, sales-marketing and operational planning in a wide specterede job. In a few years a key management position within business development, sale and marketing on the international arena is the goal.
