About Jesper Bak

With 4.5 years of experience as a SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE), I have garnered substantial expertise within the agile framework. I have successfully conducted agile ceremonies, including over +15 PI Planning sessions as an RTE. My role has entailed managing cross-functional and cross-country teams to deliver working software for the business, along with responsibilities for budgeting and reporting. I am proficient in utilizing agile tools such as Azure DevOps and Miro. I pride myself on maintaining a collaborative and inclusive mindset, understanding the intricacies of leadership in an agile environment. Furthermore, I am an active participant in building and maintaining the RTE community. For the past two years, I also have had the pleasure of working closely with Product Management. I hold certifications as a SAFe RTE and SPC. Additionally, my background encompasses 8 years as a Senior Project Manager, during which I have consistently demonstrated the ability to successfully deliver complex projects in a hybrid environment that amalgamates agile and stage gate delivery models. My comprehensive project view ensures that all aspects, including risk, cost, time, people, communication, benefit realization, and project governance, are meticulously considered in my projects.
