About Jesper Dahl

I work as an independent Sports Chiropractor and Rehabilitator in private practice and for elite athletes wherever they go and ask me to come. Although I work independently, I am proud to be part of a team of related professionals who are the best in their fields and dedicated to providing the best service for their athletes/clients. Post-graduate education choices define a practitioner much more than undergraduate courses. I have developed a programme of post-graduate seminars aimed at all physical therapy professionals with the aim of integrating many different areas of knowledge and theories for a clear understanding of the mechanisms of injuries so the progression of treatment and rehabilitation will make sense to both patient and practitioner. These principles apply not just to sports but also the management of all patient groups. Wellbeing is the central goal of it all: Although wellbeing is largely misrepresented, and used as a marketing term for various industries, to me it is the essential foundation and precondition to help prevent illness as well as the goal we as practitioners should strive for for our patients/clients. The Wellbeing Age® Assessment and other tools were developed to help this process for all parties involved in that journey.
