About Jesper Dam

Technically strong electrical engineer, with hands-on experience, who thrives in an everyday with rapidly changing priorities and focus areas. Experience from both ship installations to land-based industrial constructions and buildings, generator powerplants to light installations, where I work with a passion for details and systematization of processes. It is an essential part of my personality and workday, to work with people with both higher and lower levels of expertise, where I have the opportunity to learn from and pass on knowledge. I get a naturally high level of satisfaction from helping colleagues, and never pass down a question or the opportunity to share experience. I also enjoy an easy-going atmosphere where you can talk to each other across the whole organization. I have since 2010 worked in the maritime industry as my core field of expertise. Since 2020, I started working on design and engineering tasks for on-shore industrial facilities, logistics centers, super chargers among others. I hold references from among others, Maersk, Colorline, Siem Offshore, The Royal Danish Navy, Polar Seafood, Stena Line, DFDS, Bladt Industries, E.ON, Orskov Yard and DS Flexhal.
