For 35 years I have worked in various functions within the sanitary industry in Denmark, within both BTB and BTC. The recent 15 years I have had P/L responsibility and worked with setting up businesses in Norway and Iceland. I make strong, long-term results based on deep insight in the Nordic value chains and a large international network. I always strive for excellence in performance, and I have had the pleasure of creating excellent results together with dedicated colleagues. I believe in delegating leadership. My philosophy is that we always have to make a positive difference for our clients in the given market situation. When we succeed in that, the results will follow automatically. I have experience with overall management and development of new structures, as well as opening new markets for a +500 people production company.
