Since then, he has led executive search assignments for C-level executives, managers, and specialists across diverse industries. His clients include publicly listed companies, private equity firms, owner-managed businesses, and NGOs — both in Denmark and internationally. Jesper holds an MSc in Economics and Business Administration from the University of Southern Denmark. Alongside his studies, he played professional handball for 12 seasons at the highest level in Denmark, representing the national team at U19, U21, and the senior A-Team. Following his athletic career, he embarked on a 15-year commercial journey with global companies such as Beiersdorf, Nestlé, Coca-Cola, and Carlsberg. Jesper later took on executive leadership roles as Partner and CEO at the marketing agency Promoters, and as Managing Partner and CEO of Denmark’s largest executive search firm, before founding DNA Headhunting in 2010.
