I am passionate about leadership and have a unique combination of specialized skills and capabilities in Marketing, Sales, Clinical and Market Access. I have been able to consistently deliver results that exceeds expectations both as a leader and an individual contributor. My top strength is strategic leadership and I have the ability to effectively express vision and strategy with great clarity to get alignment of people. I will go beyond the commonplace, the familiar, or the obvious and can very quickly accumulate lots of information, disregard what is unrelated, and pay heed to what is really important. I have been able to build winning teams and organizations in both Hollister and Eli Lilly. Throughout my career I have a 100% successful hiring of people into my organizations by combining a leadership style that attracts and retains talent with a genuine interest in people. I measure my own success as a leader through the success of my people. That is why there is nothing that gets me more proud than to see my people overcome challenges and to grow and develop into the leaders of tomorrow.
