With over 20 years of experience in payroll and human resources, I am a Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) who specializes in payroll administration, employee relations, and HR policies and procedures. Currently, I am a Payroll and HR Specialist at Earth Drilling Co. Ltd, where I manage payroll for over 200 employees across multiple provinces, and provide HR support and guidance to managers and staff. Previously, I was a Payroll Coordinator at Trail Appliances AB/SK, where I processed payroll for over 500 employees, and implemented payroll software and systems. I also have experience as a Human Resources Payroll Manager at Harvard Broadcasting, where I oversaw payroll and benefits for 150 employees, and handled HR issues and inquiries. I have strong skills in payroll software, such as Ceridian, ADP, and QuickBooks, as well as HR software, such as BambooHR and Workday. I am passionate about ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency in payroll and HR functions, and delivering excellent service to employees and stakeholders. I am also committed to continuous learning, professional development, and helping people, as evidenced by my education in funeral directing, embalming, and addiction counselling.
