I started my career as a professional dancer and noticed a common theme among performers - a lack of self-esteem, even among those who were at the top of their game. I became curious about this and started my first business as a confidence coach for performers. Seeing the transformative power of building self-esteem and confidence, I delved deeper into personal development and became a Master Coach, Hypnotherapist, and Healer. One of my specialties is harnessing the power of energy through modalities such as Reiki and Pranic Healing. By working with subtle energies, I facilitate profound healing and restoration, clearing blockages and restoring balance on physical, mental, and emotional levels. But it's not just about energy - I believe that true transformation comes from within, which is why I also integrate movement and breath work into my coaching sessions.
