As a dedicated Rural Community Engagement and Recruitment Coordinator for Girl Scouts of Kentucky’s Wilderness Road Council, I am passionate about fostering environments that empower young girls to thrive. My commitment to inclusion drives my efforts to create outreach programs that resonate with the unique needs of rural communities, ensuring that every girl has the opportunity to lead and succeed. With extensive experience in event and program management, I thrive at designing and executing initiatives that engage community partners and inspire participation. My collaborative approach with community partners guarantees that we leverage local resources and expertise to maximize our reach and social impact. My experience in consumer behavior data analysis allows me to tailor our strategies effectively, ensuring that our outreach is both impactful and relevant.
