About me in 40 words or less: I like connecting people and coordinating projects to make things happen. I'm one of those potentially rare breeds that loves organization, logistics, checklists, details, and consistency. I like it when things are in order and look pretty. What personality assessments say about me: According to StrengthsFinder, my top five strengths are Strategic, Developer, Empathy, Input, and Belief. I am a Myers-Briggs INFJ personality type. My True Color is blue-gold. I am an Enneagram One with a Two wing. According to the Enneagram powers that be, that makes me a Reformer and a Helper, equalling an Advocate. My areas of Working Genius are Enablement and Tenacity. 8·7·3·2 are my Kolbe numbers. What I gather from the aforementioned personality assessments: There are a lot of sites and books that can tell you what each assessment means. In my words, the results show that I believe in working together to make a good thing great. I believe in learning from others. I believe in giving people what they need, which requires listening with the genuine intent of meeting that need. I believe in creating spaces that invite us to try something new. I believe in seeing projects through and celebrating those achievements. My dream job: Professional Gift-Giver. You know that feeling you get when you receive a gift from someone that is both unexpected and just what you needed? It's the type of gift that makes you feel seen, heard, and known. I want to be the person who listens to someone's wants and needs so closely that my full-time job is to surprise them with those types of gifts. Joy for them.
