Experienced Office Administrator with a demonstrated history of working in the entertainment industry. Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Customer Service, Microsoft Word, Information Technology, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Strong administrative professional with a A Levels focused in Business Studies, Travel and Tourism, ICT from Wrotham Secondary School. Since leaving sixth form in 2016, I dived head-first into my first full time role as a receptionist at a large visitor attraction in Kent. Here I developed my interpersonal skills and fine-tuned my communication with fellow colleagues and customers. This was a customer-facing role with day-to-day dealings with general enquiries to dealing with complaints. After staying in this position for 3 years, I moved into the visitor services department where I began the visitor events Coordinator position. This was a challenging role as I was tasked with organising from start to finish 26 events, including a huge 6 week Christmas event. Here I went from strength to strength developing my skills and building relations, we ended up winning an award for the Christmas event in 2020 & 2021 which was huge for me.After 3 years in the events role, the experience I gained couldn’t take me any further and there was no scope for progression at the time, I moved to new company in motorsport.Here I have constantly learned more in sales, prepping quotes and turning leads into sales. Organising events across 6 UK venues and liaising with relevant colleagues to complete the events to 10/10 standard.I have gained experience in building rapport with clients as well.
