I have a breadth of experience working on multi-channel, integrated campaigns within the fast-paced and ever-changing retail environment. My strong CRM, loyalty, direct and digital marketing experience has led me to be a strong, analytical marketer who understands the power of data to shape and drive marketing initiatives leading to successful business performance. My time at MILK Books (a print-on-demand eCommerce business) saw me develop and lead the global marketing strategy reporting to the CEO and board as well as leading a team of two. Including acquisition, retention, brand, partnerships, content, promotions, social and CRM, I developed and oversaw a wide breadth of strategies reaching a global audience, driving traffic, converting visitors into buyers and turn them into loyal customers. I now work for one of New Zealand leading service companies, Westpac. I develop and implement their digital adoption strategy and onboarding programme to ensure customers feel welcomed and valued from day one and empowered and motivated to utilize world-class digital and self-service channels.
