About Jess Hill
I am Mohawk, Wolf Clan, hailing from the Six Nations of the Grand River territory. A graduate of University of Toronto's University College, I have an Honours Bachelor Degree in Women and Gender Studies, minoring in both English and Indigenous Studies. It is my ambition to one day establish an information and resource center for LGBTQ+ folk on my home territory of Six Nations. This space would be utilized to expand understanding and acceptance of queer identities amongst the community. It is my firm belief that we never stop learning from one another, and thus that knowledge is not limited to the academic sphere.
