For 20 years I have worked in the event industry, from producer to General Manager, leading teams and helping brands to create impactful, experience-led solutions that drive successful commercial outcomes. As a leader, I believe that people are central to business success. Creating a positive culture of empowerment, support, collaboration, and personal growth fosters the delivery of great work. I have a strong focus on the importance of strategic direction and the role that operational efficiencies play to improve business productivity and profitability. In my current role as COO, I am incredibly fortunate to work with many talented and skilled individuals across APAC. I build strong and meaningful relationships based on trust and authenticity, with a genuine commitment to understanding business challenges and the people, skills, and processes required to solve them.
