Beyond the set, I facilitate systems that scale: onboarding new hires, mentoring talent, designing workflows, and partnering across Creative Production and Product Development. Whether through imagery, infrastructure, or team development, my role is to bring clarity and cohesion to every visual touchpoint. I bridge luxury craft with scalable infrastructure across digital platforms like Wholesale, Dotcom, and Social, executing with precision to uphold DY’s elevated brand standards. I shoot High Jewelry, manage PDP pipelines, and pilot tools like generative AI and DAM platforms to streamline cross-functional collaboration. Over the past decade, I’ve built a foundation in visual strategy, creative ops, and cross-functional leadership, often guiding onboarding, workflow design, and tool adoption across in-house teams. I’m as passionate about crafting strong visuals as I am about the systems that make them sustainable.
