About Jess Jasch

I help leaders, business owners, and Defence communities strengthen their capacity to perform under pressure without burning out. My work sits at the intersection of wellbeing and leadership: combining embodied practices, emotional intelligence, and practical frameworks so people can lead with clarity, confidence, and resilience. My background spans corporate communication and PR, trauma-informed yoga and meditation, somatic tools, and advanced coaching (Master Life Coach & Master NLP Practitioner + Endorsed Personalised Health Coach). I’m currently completing a Master of Applied Positive Psychology, which deepens the science behind the work I bring into leadership coaching, workplace consulting, and wellbeing programs. Through my 1:1 coaching, the Embodied Leadership Academy, and tailored workplace training, I support leaders and teams to- Stay grounded and make better decisions under stress - Build authentic presence that inspires trust and influence - Strengthen collaboration and communication without burnout - Create healthier, more sustainable workplace cultures I’m particularly passionate about applying this work in Defence contexts, where resilience and wellbeing are vital to leadership and performance. As an AuDHD professional, I also bring a perspective shaped by neurodivergence—curious, systems-oriented, and deeply attuned to how different people experience and navigate pressure. At its heart, my mission is simple: to help leaders and teams flourish by building the inner capacity that makes great leadership possible.
