About Jess Lee

Seeing the landscape as an endless canvas, I intertwine my knowledge of plants (texture, color, and form) with my love for music (rhythm, melody, and harmony) for community planning, commercial, residential, and healthcare design. Landscape design allows for me to paint with plants to enrich the feeling of a space and create timeless places for lasting memories. I’m passionate about sustainability, native plants, and bringing people together. In addition to my role at Bernardo Wills, I own and operate Tulipa Landscape Design, where I provide people-oriented concepts for clients in residential settings. I design and build each concept, and showcase my work on Instagram @tulipaland. I hold a BS in Horticultural Science with a focus on Landscape Design and a minor in Horticulture from Montana State University-Bozeman. I am also a member of ASLA and the WASLA SE + P Committee.
