I’m a special education leader with over a decade of experience in educator development, inclusive instructional design, and systemic reform. I hold a Ph.D. in Special Education from Liberty University, where my research focused on preparing educators to support students with disabilities in inclusive environments, grounded in Self-Determination Theory and equity-centered practices.My strengths include- Designing and facilitating professional development that empowers educators to implement inclusive, evidence-based strategies- Translating research into actionable tools and frameworks that improve student outcomes and support teacher growth- Collaborating across disciplines to align instructional practices with IDEA compliance and equity goals- Mentoring educators and leading initiatives that foster inclusive school cultures and sustainable changeI’m passionate about building systems that support educator success and student empowerment, especially in diverse and high-needs settings.
