About Jess Miller

I'm a freelance strategist working across digital marketing, customer experience, and communications. My work focuses on helping brands connect meaningfully with their audience, whether that’s through well-crafted digital campaigns or designing a more considered customer journey. Over the years, I’ve worn many hats across marketing, operations and customer experience, which gives me a solid understanding of how each part of a business connects. I now lead a customer experience project for a travel brand, where I map the customer journey, identify gaps and build out new touchpoints. I work closely with teams across sales, operations, support, and technology to ensure the experience is seamless from start to finish. Alongside that, I support a university-led peacebuilding project in Africa as a freelance communications consultant. I manage the comms and media for the initiative, which focuses on decolonising peace education. It’s work that is meaningful, purposeful and people-centred. I'm also a voiceover artist with a background in narration and brand voice work, lending my voice to projects that need clarity, warmth and a human touch.
