Hi, I’m Jess — a multidisciplinary artist with a creative practice as a singer/songwriter and a technical practice as an audio/visual technician. As a performer, I draw from musical traditions such as Jazz, Boleros, Salsa, Soul, and R&B in my live sets. As an A/V technician, I bring adaptability, supportive customer service, and creative consulting to every space I support. Whether it’s broadcast and FOH/monitor mixing to podcast editing and corporate event production, I am always seeking to expand my skill set. II Sampler + Singing workshops + Podcasting using Adobe Audition As an independent teaching artist, I believe that hands-on experience and project-based work can empower students to achieve a high level of proficiency. Demos and lessons are bite-sized and practical so that students can practice what they’ve learned and experiment on their own. I seek to introduce music technology and literacy to gender diverse and systemically-neglected populations by sparking their curiosity and creativity.
