About Jess Sandoval

As a detail-oriented associate coordinator with three years of experience in project management, event coordination, and other administrative duties, I bring a track record of tackling challenges head-on and delivering exceptional results. Within 12+ years at the Disneyland Resort, I have honed my skills and knowledge in the Disney brand, product, and culture, while also championing efforts in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE & I) by participating in the Entertainment Inclusion Committee. Effective communication and interpersonal skills have allowed me to partner with various administrative peers as well as leaders and executive leadership in order to complete tasks along the way, creating great working relationships. Recently, I was recruited to join the Disney Cruise Line Costuming Task Force, traveling abroad to the Netherlands where we executed the successful install of Costumes for the Disney Treasure. My passions include entertainment (as Disney is an immense driver in the industry), music performance, environmental initiatives, Disney Parks, and traveling.
