As Marketing Director at Valley Health, I’ve been fortunate to grow alongside an organization I truly believe in. My journey started in front office access and expanded through community outreach, development, and now marketing. Every role along the way has shaped the leader I am today and strengthened my commitment to the people we serve.I genuinely love this work. No two days are the same, and that constant evolution keeps me energized. I’m surrounded by an incredibly creative and dedicated team—people who collaborate openly, support each other fully, and bring both talent and joy to everything we do. We work hard, we laugh often, and we put our whole hearts into making a difference.What motivates me most is the opportunity to build real connections—with patients, staff, and our broader community. I believe in meeting people where they are, staying authentic, and telling stories that truly matter. Whether we’re launching a new service, planning an event, or highlighting someone’s journey, our goal is always impact.Above all, I care deeply about creating a team environment where people feel empowered, valued, and able to grow.
