About Jess Young

I am a fifth generation Sonoma County resident. My love of this county stems from my childhood. I was very lucky to have been raised in Windsor before it was developed and then on Sweetwater Springs Rd about nine miles out of Healdsburg. I have lived as far north as Cloverdale, close to Lake Sonoma, and currently reside in the Junior College neighborhood of Santa Rosa. I have a degree in Real Estate and I have received special training through Coldwell Banker in the following areas: contract formation, negotiation, disclosure, marketing a listing, and working with buyers. I enjoy the process of investigating with each client what exactly their needs are and how I can best meet them. I often draw on the wisdom and experience of the many wonderful agents that I work with at the Coldwell Banker Santa Rosa Mission office in Rincon Valley. I don't claim to be number one in the world of Real Estate, just number one with my clients. I am dedicated to leading a good life. In business, I make myself available as your advocate in whatever Real Estate needs you may have. If there is a transaction that requires skills I do not posess, I will quickly bring in the appropriate expert. In my personal life I enjoy my vegetable garden, the practice of yoga, and playing live music around Sonoma County. I look forward to building a lasting relationship with you that can be trusted.
